Minister for the Environment and Forestry, Republic of Indonesia
Siti Nurbaya Bakar is Minister for the Environment and Forestry for 2014-19. She has previously held a number of bureaucratic positions, including Secretary General of the Regional Representative Council (2006-2013). Siti Nurbaya received an award for the Highest Standard Accounting Report from the Ministry of Finance in 2008-11, and was received the status of Unqualified Financial Report from the Audit Board of Indonesia for her initial period as Secretary General. After retiring in 2013, Siti Nurbaya entered the world of politics and became the Chair of the Central Board for the National Democratic Party.
